Had a lovely afternoon at Stack Seaburn today with their Swing Fridays!

I love this gig!

I didn’t love the rain that came and soaked everyone!

Happy Birthday again to Wendy, who, of all the things she could have done on her 80th birthday, came and spent it watching me! It was an absolute pleasure! 🎂

It was beyond amazing to get back to gigging yesterday, and it was a pleasure to have the first be Stack Seaburn

The sun was shining, the place was nice and busy, and there was even bingo after I’d finished! Absolute winner!

Same time next week, 1pm - 3pm!

Well, that’s 2020 done!

This is, by far and away, one of the worst business years I, and many others, have had. No one could have ever predicted this past year, and how it would all pan out.

I was kind of clinging on to a small morsel of hope that we would end up in tier 2, and I could finish this awful year with a handful of gigs, but ultimately, this wasn’t to be!

This is the first year since I started my business that I haven’t had a gig in December (as well as many other months during lockdown), and it feels so alien! Usually, I’m running around like an idiot from venue to venue, event to event, party to party, but not this year! The silver lining to this is that I’ve been able to spend loads more time with my wife and children! ❤️

Please stay safe over the festive period, and please make sensible decisions regarding visiting people.

So all that is left to say, is I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and a very happy and prosperous 2021.

I’ll see you at a gig in 2021!

Paul
